We are constantly working hard to find properties that have become burdensome to their current owner. Once we do, we quickly pay landowners for the property they are having trouble getting rid of and no longer want or need. Once we have the properties, we sell them at a discount to new landowners. We work with a variety of types and sizes of land, but most of them are in rural areas and between 2 and 10 acres. We're helping put unwanted land back to good use.
