About the Company.

Land Squared LLC is a land investment company. We buy vacant rural land and resell it at discounted prices. While this may seem obvious, this is not how most land investing works on small properties. Most companies try to lock up the land in a contract that lasts 60 to 90 days and can be extended to 120 if needed. During that time, they will try to find a buyer before purchasing it from the original owner. This strategy is called wholesaling. This may be good for the wholesaler but can be terrible for the landowner. This is because after waiting all that time, there's no guarantee they will purchase the land.

We are different because we purchased the land outright from the original owner. The seller gets a check at closing, usually within 30 days, sometimes in as little as two weeks. Once we own the property, we will determine if and when we sell it.

Since we intend to expand to multiple states over time, our structure is to have one primary company with subsidiaries in each state.
